Hello!

My name is Michelle Lavergne and I am currently taking my master's in journalism at the University of Texas at Austin.

 

I am an Army veteran whose passion lies with the written word. Prior to my journey in the military, I had a flourishing career in lifestyle journalism and in corporate communications when I was still living in the Philippines.

I have recently started dabbling into travel and documentary photography, which I am enjoying so, so much!

I am also the Editor-in-Chief at HerPWR, an online publication that aims to amplify and champion the voice of women.
